„The worker`s salary for the 2-week leave is the salary to which the worker would be entitled for a week`s leave of pay at full pay (one week`s salary including the leave charge under the annual leave clause of that bonus); and enterprise agreements may already include the reimbursement of annual leave clauses. When an employer agrees to pay part of the worker`s annual leave, they must pay as quickly as possible, usually the next day (and keep a record of the date and amount paid). The payment must be at least the same amount as if the employee had taken the vacation. As a result of recent Fair Work Commission decisions, most modern awards now allow workers with whom they apply to pay annual leave in certain circumstances. 5.12 An agreement denounced in point 5.11 (b) will no longer come into force at the end of the notice period provided by this clause. (d) Leave under clause X.2.1 (a) must begin before June 30, 2020, but may end after that date. An employer may have an employment policy covering all or part of the employment.
